January Update 2026:
What We Built and Why It Matters
Most product progress happens quietly.
January didn’t feel quiet on our side.
Instead of chasing more features, we focused on the things that actually move the needle for founders, marketers, and brand builders: clarity, focus, and better decisions.
Here’s what happened in January and why it matters.
The NameRobot Homepage: Less Noise, More Focus
The namerobot.com homepage is no longer a static showcase. It’s a working surface designed around our goals.
In January, we made several deliberate changes:
- A new landing page design with clearer visual hierarchy
- A stronger focus on the core value, not a long feature list
- Improved messaging that explains faster why naming is a competitive advantage
The result: less friction, faster understanding, and a stronger foundation for conversions.

5 New Blog Posts on Naming, Branding, and Marketing Strategy
Content only matters if it helps people make better decisions.
That’s the standard we used for every post we published in January:
- Top 5 Competitive Advantage Examples to Win Markets in 2026
- Your Brand Style Guide Template for Lasting Impact
- What Makes a Good Business Name & How to Create One
- How to Name My Company and Build a Brand
- Top 10 Best AI Tools for Marketers in 2026
Each article is built around practical frameworks, clear criteria, and a forward-looking perspective.
NameScore: Easier Access, Clearer Insights
For many users, namescore is the first objective check of a business name. In January, we improved that first step:
- LinkedIn login is now available, reducing friction
- A redesigned dashboard that’s easier to read and interpret
The goal is simple: less explanation, more insight.
The First NameScore Report Now Costs Just $10
This was a deliberate decision.
The first namescore report is now available for $10, especially to support founders at an early stage.
Good naming shouldn’t be a luxury decision, it should be an informed one.
We want founders to make better decisions earlier, before time and budget are locked into the wrong name.

Naming Toolbox: Strong Progress, Launch Planned for February
One of our most important projects moved forward significantly behind the scenes: the Naming Toolbox.
- Clear progress in structure and functionality
- Built around real naming workflows, not theory
- Launch planned for February
More soon.
Closing Thoughts: Focus Beats Speed
January wasn’t about big announcements. It was about disciplined execution.
We refined, simplified, and prepared because that’s how long-term impact is built for founders and teams who don’t leave naming to chance.
February will be more visible.
